Welcome to HubKidz
At HubKidz, We Don’t Just Teach – We Understand.
Every child learns differently – and that’s not a challenge. It’s a strength.
At HubKidz, we celebrate those differences and shape learning to fit your child – not the other way around.
We believe every child deserves access to the same curriculum. They just need the right support and the right approach.
That’s why we use what works:
- Visuals that communicate clearly
- Sensory-friendly spaces and learning
- Step-by-step guidance that builds confidence
- Structure and routines that support and soothe
We specialise in working with non-verbal children, using tools like visual schedules, AAC systems (PODD and Proloque2Go), and play-based communication to help them connect, learn, and thrive.
Whether your child is navigating autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or just needs a little extra support we meet them where they are, and grow from there.
Rooted in evidence-based practice and led by compassion, our goal is simple: To help every child feel capable, confident, and excited to learn.
Because at HubKidz, learning isn’t one-size-fits-all. It is personalised, empowering, and full of possibility.
Our Programs
Tailored for Neurodivergent Learners
Personalised, Strengths-Based Support for Children with ADHD, Dyslexia & Learning Differences
At HubKidz, we recognise and embrace the diversity of young minds. Inspired by inclusive education models, we offer tailored programs that empower neurodivergent learners to thrive. Our approach aligns with the Victorian Curriculum and focuses on building capacity in literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and independent learning – through practical, engaging, and highly personalised instruction.
What Makes Our Programs Unique
Strengths-Based & Individualised
Every child learns differently. We create a learning profile for each student, identifying their strengths, needs, and interests to develop strategies that build confidence and capability.
Victorian Curriculum-Aligned
Our programs align with levels A to 10 of the Victorian Curriculum, with specific focus on:
- Literacy: Using evidence-based phonics and structured literacy programs.
- Numeracy: Promoting number sense through hands-on, real-world contexts.
- Personal & Social Capability: Supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical & Creative Thinking: Encouraging problem-solving, inquiry, and flexible thinking through STEM and creative tasks.
We Specialise In
- Multisensory Phonics-Based Literacy
Targeted programs (e.g., Orton-Gillingham-inspired) to support decoding, spelling, and fluency for dyslexic learners. - Visual, Kinaesthetic Numeracy Activities
Concrete manipulatives and real-life applications to support number sense and operations. - Executive Functioning Support
Visual schedules, timers, and personalised checklists to help children with ADHD or processing challenges manage tasks. - Movement & Sensory Integration
Short, structured sessions with built-in movement breaks, fidget tools, and sensory supports to maintain focus and emotional balance. - Self-Regulation & Social Thinking
Tools such as the Zones of Regulation and social stories to help children understand and express emotions, while building positive peer interactions.
How We Make Learning Fun & Accessible
- Gamified Learning & Brain Breaks
To keep energy high and engagement strong, we use reward systems, game-based apps, and interactive learning challenges. - Assistive Technology Integration
We embed tools like speech-to-text, visual organisers, and AAC where appropriate, helping remove barriers to participation. - STEM & Inquiry-Based Projects
Hands-on activities in science, design, and digital technologies spark curiosity and deepen conceptual understanding - Music & Rhythm-Based Learning
Calming songs, rhythm games, and music-based routines support memory, language development, and emotional regulation – especially effective for learners with Autism or anxiety.
Our Approach Reflects Best Practice in Inclusive Education
- Differentiation based on learning goals and levels (e.g., Level A–D for children with disabilities).
- Collaboration with families, therapists, and educators to support consistency across environments.
- Culturally responsive teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
Our model is shaped by the inclusive principles ensuring all children, regardless of ability, are respected, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
